I’ve been hearing a lot about “intuitive eating” lately.

Maybe you have, too?

The idea is: “Just listen to your body.”

And I agree…

But what if the voice we’re listening to isn’t actually our body?

For so many women, eating has become layered with years of stress, dieting, emotional coping, busyness, subconscious beliefs, and food that’s designed to keep us reaching for more.

So what feels like intuition might actually be:
🍟 a craving
💛 a need for comfort
😩 stress relief
🛡️ a protective pattern
🕰️ habit and conditioning

Your body isn’t broken.

But sometimes its signals have gotten buried under a lot of noise.

This is why sustainable weight loss isn’t about more willpower or stricter rules.

It’s learning to pause and ask:

✨ Am I physically hungry?
✨ What am I feeling?
✨ What do I actually need right now?
✨ What choice will support me long term?
