It doesn’t follow a timeline.
It doesn’t move in neat stages.
And it’s not something you’re meant to “get over.”

Whether your loss is from death, divorce, a shift in your health, your identity, your career, or your children growing up and moving on…
grief asks something deeper of you.

Not to rush.
Not to fix.
But to understand.

In this 90-minute workshop, we’ll explore a more mindful way to meet your grief:

• Understanding your unique grief (because no two people grieve the same)
• Learning how to gently lean into your emotions—without overwhelm
• Using mindfulness as a guide, not a bypass
• Honoring your process instead of comparing it
• Beginning to find meaning within your loss
• Opening the door to feeling alive again—at your own pace

This isn’t about moving on.
It’s about learning how to move with your grief… in a way that supports your healing.
