Can y’all believe we’re halfway through December already? This year it seems like certain months seemed like 3 months in 1 while others only seemed like they lasted a week or so, right? 😟⠀
⠀
As we are coming closer to the end of the year, and Christmas time (which usually seems to slip right into New Years) it’s a good time to stop and reflect before we shift gears into goal setting for next year.⠀
⠀
[ A few things we can reflect on:⠀
• What challenges have I faced this year? ⠀
• What have I learned because of it/them? ⠀
• What has changed from where I am now compared to where I was this time last year? ⠀
• How do I feel about that? ⠀
• What was the highlight of this year? ⠀
• How about the biggest disappointment? ⠀
• What’s something I wanted to accomplish this year and wasn’t able to? ⠀
• What DID I accomplish? ]⠀

This year has been tough, and if any of us came into 2020 with any expectations that weren’t met, that can be disappointing itself, so we’re not doing this to beat ourselves up, but instead to be able to acknowledge these things/feelings and reflect so that we can decide what to do next based on everything we’ve learned rather than just reacting to whatever comes next⠀

Once we’ve had time sit sit and acknowledge and process as much as we’re able to, then we can start thinking about what we’re going to do next or differently ⠀
