How to get the most out of Primeadine 🌸

Primeadine is our food-derived spermidine, made to support cellular renewal and healthy aging. It works through autophagy, a process every part of the body relies on, which is why its benefits show up across the board, from skin to sleep to energy

Getting the most from it comes down to timing. Think of it like bookending your day, taken with your first meal or your last.

A daily dose lets you eat while still supporting the cellular cleanup you’d usually only get from fasting. Take it with your first food of the day to keep that cleanup going once you’ve broken your overnight fast. Prefer to prioritise sleep? Take it with your last food instead to activate the cleanup for the night ahead.

Using the Original Powder? Stir it into room temperature or gently warm food, keeping things below 40°C to protect its potency. Yoghurt, smoothies, shakes and acai bowls all work beautifully.

Do you take Primeadine with your first meal, your last, or have you found your own rhythm? Comment below!

Skin aging starts deeper than your serums can reach. Most skincare works on the surface, yet the real change happens in the dermis below.

That deeper layer is where collagen is built and your skin’s structure is held together, and it changes as we age. Senescent “zombie” cells gather and interfere with collagen, while autophagy, your skin’s natural cellular recycling system, slows down. This is where spermidine becomes interesting, one of the few compounds research has associated with supporting autophagy and helping the body clear out old and damaged cells. Our own levels decline with age, right alongside autophagy itself.

Primeadine delivers food-derived spermidine, sourced from Japan, supporting your skin from the inside out, at the layer no serum can reach.

Aging unfolds through many pathways at once. Spermidine is one of the rare molecules that target most of them.

sat down with to explain why this naturally occurring polyamine has become such a focus in longevity research. It’s linked to 9 of the 12 hallmarks of aging, including autophagy, your body’s way of clearing out old cells to make room for new ones. And our levels tend to quietly decline as the years go on.

The full conversation goes much deeper. Find the episode on the Beyond the Mat podcast, on YouTube, Spotify and Apple Podcasts.

Thinning hair with age? The reason goes deeper than your scalp.

To grow hair, your follicles need to stay in their growth phase. As we age, that phase gets shorter, so hair comes in finer and sheds sooner.

One molecule helps keep follicles growing: spermidine. In a placebo-controlled trial of 100 people, the spermidine group had 52% more follicles in their active growth phase, and zero shedding at six months.

It works by supporting autophagy, your cells’ renewal process that naturally slows with age.

And the form matters. Food-derived spermidine comes with its full pool of polyamines for your body to work with. Synthetic is just the isolated molecule.

Summer holiday essentials, our way 🌸

âśż The original SPF. Pretty, portable, effective.
âśż After-sun care: fresh aloe, straight from the leaf.
âśż An antioxidant snack: berries you can eat your hydration from.
âśż Off-screen time: a real book.
âśż Wired headphones, EMF-free.
âśż Jetlag support: Primeadine GF.

Jet lag disrupts your circadian rhythm, the internal clock that governs sleep, energy, and cellular repair. Spermidine, the active compound in Primeadine, has been shown to influence the genes that control that clock (BMAL1 and REV-ERBα), helping the body reset faster when you cross time zones.

It’s the one thing we never fly without.

Is your spermidine as pure as they say? 🔬

As a supplement brand, we know how much goes into getting this right - sourcing, testing, manufacturing, verification. We also know most brands don’t talk about it.

So here’s your checklist. Ask these questions of every supplement you take, including ours.

Primeadine is third-party tested, GMP-certified, and fully transparent about what’s in every capsule.

Autophagy naturally slows with age, and cellular damage gently accumulates. 🔬

One nutrient, found in everyday foods like wheat germ, aged cheese, and mushrooms, has been studied for its beautiful role in this process of cellular renewal. 🌸

The legendary naturalist and broadcaster David Attenborough just turned 100. If you’ve watched Planet Earth, Blue Planet, or any nature documentary in the last 50 years, you’ve heard his voice.

And while we don’t know his exact biomarkers, research shows something fascinating about centenarians: their spermidine levels resemble those of people decades younger.

Most people experience declining spermidine with age. But centenarians? They maintain concentrations similar to those 40 years younger.

Spermidine triggers autophagy, your cells’ natural recycling system. It’s found naturally in foods like wheat germ, aged cheese, mushrooms, and soybeans.

The centenarian advantage. Some bodies hold onto it naturally. Others might need support.
