Mushroom, black beans, fire roasted tomatoes, red pepper, Anaheim pepper, onion, garlic, cumin, ancho chili powder, lime juice, roasted tomatillo sauce (made the day before) and broth/garlic/butter/masa flour on top.

Bake @400 for 40 minutes or so.

Grilled asparagus, garlic sanded pepper over skinny pasta in cashew lime chimichurri sauce. Yum.
