~Yoga Teacher Biography~:

Kelly has been practicing Hatha (or physical) yoga since 1999, but most recently made the life decision to be more deeply trained in sharing and teaching this lifestyle to others. Her method is a Vinyasa flow, which is linking your movement to your breathe. Alignment, muscle strength gain, and flexibility are the focus of her practice. Balancing the health of the body, will align the mind and spirit as well.

Kelly has been practicing hatha (or physical) yoga since 1999 and many years later made the life decision to be more deeply trained in sharing this healthy lifestyle with others.
Grew up in MA, lived in HI settled in CA. Along with working on TV and feature production, Kelly eventually intertwined her 2 loves by teaching yoga to crew members and becoming a Yoga Advisor on a TV series.
Her method of hatha yoga is vinyasa flow, which is linking your movement to your breath. Muscle strength gain, deeper flexibility, and the ability to calm the nervous system are the focus of this practitioner. Sleep well. *Om Shanti*
