I’m doing research for something I’m building and would love to talk to a few people who relate to this:
You’re busy, driven, and care about your health, but you’re dealing with chronic symptoms(see examples below), burnout, or that feeling that your body isn’t fully supporting the life you want to live.

You’ve probably heard a lot of advice: change your diet, fix your sleep, reduce stress, detox, test this, take that, change your products, clean up your home, work on your nervous system.
And while a lot of it may be helpful, it can feel overwhelming to know what to focus on first, especially when you don’t have unlimited time.
I’m validating a simple 60-day foundation reset shaped by my ecosystem approach and over a decade of navigating chronic illness, experimenting with what actually made a difference, and 8 years of helping others support their recovery.
It’s designed to help busy people strengthen the daily conditions their body depends on, including sleep, stress, routines, sunlight, food, water, products, toxin exposures, and the home environment, in a way that fits real life.
I’m looking for a few casual 30-minute conversations with people who relate to this. This is not a sales call. I’m still shaping the idea and want honest feedback from people this may actually help.
