The Knights of Columbus is a Catholic fraternal service organization that witnesses to its principles of charity, unity and fraternity through spiritual and corporal works of mercy locally and throughout the world. The Knights also promotes the Catholic faith through evangelization initiatives and offers financial security to its members and their families through highly rated financial products a

nd services. Membership in the Knights of Columbus is open to men 18 years of age or older who are practical (that is, practicing) Catholics in union with the Holy See. This means that an applicant or member accepts the teaching authority of the Catholic Church on matters of faith and morals, aspires to live in accord with the precepts of the Catholic Church, and is in good standing in the Catholic Church.

Today, we remember and honor those who lost their lives in the terrorist attacks that took place on September 11th, 2001.

As we observe the 25th anniversary of these attacks in prayerful remembrance, let us turn our hearts to Christ in love and gratitude for the great heroes who gave their lives that day and in the days that followed, for their courage and sacrifice.

May our Lord bless our great country and all those who serve.

Are you a college knight or chaplain and are interested in becoming a Fourth Degree Sir Knight?

If so, we are excited to share that we will be having a special college Fourth Degree Exemplification at this year’s college conference! The Exemplification will take place on Saturday, September 26th at St. Mary’s, the parish where our founder, Bl. Michael McGivney is buried and where the Knights of Columbus was founded.
