We were never meant to carry everything alone. Sometimes the body, the mind, and the heart need silence, fresh air, trees, water, sunlight, and space to breathe again. Nature gives us a place to cry, reflect, pray, release, and reconnect with ourselves.
Go sit under a tree. Walk barefoot. Listen to the birds. Watch the ocean. Let the wind touch your face. Recovering does not always begin with complicated things — sometimes it begins by returning to the natural world and remembering who we are.
Nature calms the nervous system, clears the mind, and reminds us to slow down and listen.
