I will learn your habits and whats preventing you from being where you want to be and together we will clean up your diet and commit to a structured exercise plan. After our assessment and a few fitness tests, we can determine where you are and pick a comfortable place for you to start. Celebrated my baby’s 9 th birthday this weekend and christened our new pool. It was such a blast to prepare for the party and honor him this weekend. Thank you everyone who attended and help me make the day so special. We are so grateful for your love. Happy Birthday Jake, his real birthday is tomorrow and I’m super sentimental. Can’t believe how fast time goes by. I want him to stay my baby forever.

We had a friends and family ski and snow boarding mini vacation in Mammoth Lake. I learned to snowboard with my boys and got to hang with my closest friends at night. We shared precious memories tubing and watching the kids have snowball fights. Best thing was the weather was perfect about 55 degrees. Can’t wait to do it again.
