👉 There is nothing wrong with having negative thoughts. Trouble begins when we automatically believe them.

👉 Some negative beliefs are learned from other people. Others develop through difficult experiences or as a way to protect ourselves.

👉 They may feel familiar, but they do not have to define you.

👉 It is time to question and unlearn the thought patterns that no longer serve your highest good.

👉 Be mindful of the words you speak and the thoughts you repeatedly entertain. They influence how you feel, how your nervous system responds, and how you experience the world around you.

🛑 The fluids within your body—including your blood, lymph, interstitial fluid, and cerebrospinal fluid—are part of an intelligent system that constantly responds to changes in your internal and external environment.

🛑 You do not have to believe every thought that enters your mind. You can observe it, question it, release it, and choose a new belief that supports the life you want to create.
