The Han’s Beauty Story

What began as a small booth at a swap meet in 1984, transformed into 4 locations spread throughout the greater Los Angeles County area. Eric and Michelle Han had one goal; grow their small swap meet into an an unmatched destination and experience for cosmetics, skin care, hair care, styling tools, AND salon services. As they slowly grew and cultivated deep relationships with customers, Han’s began to fulfill their dream. One vendor at a time, the family has worked closely with them to gain their trust and become an authorized retailer. As an authorized retailer, we belong to a limited number of small businesses that are committed to providing genuine products to our customers. Hans is thus labeled an authorized professional and licensed to carry authentic products acquired directly from our vendors. Working directly with our customer’s favorite professional beauty brands allows us to ensure that our prices are competitive because there is no middle man, meaning no extra costs. While our prices may appear higher than other retailers, big box brands (Target and Walmart), and online vendors (Amazon), this is precisely because our products are genuine, untampered, unused, and 100% authentic. Other retailers, big box brands, and online vendors may very well be unauthorized to sell professional beauty products therefore what they are selling could be used, diluted, expired, etc... Don’t risk it!

Back to our story, since our inception, we understood that customer service and product knowledge needed to be the foundation of our small family business. Owners Michelle and Eric Han are dedicated to ensuring that our business maintains our level of quality and standards by working hands on 7 days a week nearly every week of the year. Our appreciation for our community, ability to uphold our standards, and relationship with our vendors are reasons for our long term achievement over the past 30 years.

Of course, without our beloved community and support from customers, we would not be here today. We thank each and every one of you and appreciate your support for small businesses as we work hard each and everyday to compete with others. With your support, we have been able to support and donate to local churches, high schools, middle schools, start our own charity and even perform a 3 year mission trip to help children suffering from malnutrition.
