When we were envisioning this year’s Mother’s Retreat, we knew we wanted facilitators who could truly hold mothers—with both clinical expertise and deep compassion.

That’s why we’re so excited to have Dr. Whitney Dicterow joining us 🤍
She’s a clinical psychologist specializing maternal mental health, and the way she supports women through the emotional landscape of motherhood is both grounded and incredibly attuned.

We feel so grateful to have her in this space.

Join us Sunday, May 3rd from 10am–2pm at ✨

My daughter is the one on the left with her bestie when they were three years old 🥹 (They are currently nine.)

The cutest AND the hardest stage of parenting for me was the toddler/preschooler stage. Anyone else? We have a group for that.

Our Beyond Birth support circle that I host happens the second and fourth Tuesday of the month from 12 to 1:15 PM PST via Zoom. Check out the link in bio for more info.

Last night, the 2026 debuted its new Best Podcast category, which included

In the fall interviewed in an episode titled “Victoria Beckham: Posh, WAG, Mother, Mogul.” This rare interview touches on:

Finding identity again after becoming a mother, struggling to find sense of purpose, not entirely fulfilled being a mom, and the guilt + shame that ensued.

Raise your hand if you can relate to how Posh felt when she became a mother 🙋‍♀️

As maternal mental health therapists, we work with mothers and birthing people navigating deep personal transitions, and we recognize that mental health doesn’t exist in a vacuum. It’s shaped by culture, family, language, intergenerational stories, and how safe we feel to be seen.

To AAPI mothers, parents, and caregivers: We’re here to hold space with humility, cultural awareness, and the belief that you deserve gentle, affirming support — not just this month, but always.
