while i grew up in a mexican, persian and italian household (and im sure this advice could apply to all three cultures), im specifically speaking on the experience from a mexican household since i started my weight loss journey after my dad passed away! if yall have any other questions feel free to let me know in the comments. until then, im gonna be meal prepping for the rest of the day 🫡
