Tea leaves are precious in every form.�In Chinese homes, there’s an easy way to reuse what’s left.
A simple, everyday kitchen wisdom:�turning leftover tea into Tea Eggs(茶叶蛋).

Starting of with cooking the eggs with tea leaves,�gently crack the shells,�then let them simmer low with spices and sauce,�so all the tea and aromatics slowly seep in over night.
What was once “leftover”�turns into something rich, fragrant, and comforting.

Usually cooked in a large batch of eggs, there’s no strict recipe to it, and it’s great for meal prepping!

A small twist on our Dragon Well brew: cold brewed with coconut water, plus a little tea-brewing ASMR.

It’s the season of Dragon Well (Longjing) — that short window each year when the tea is at its most delicate, freshly picked, and carrying the quiet sweetness of early spring.
