🌻Though covered by many insurance companies now, this work is still undervalued and under appreciated. We set our families and lives on hold to support a new being ushered into the world. We often times throw off our sleep cycle and take days to recover. After being a birth doula for the past 14 years, I’m truly grateful for this sacred work. 🙏🏽

Knowing that consuming the capsules can help ease a birthing person’s transition into parenthood, whether for the first or 5th time, is so special. Having babies isn’t easy. Support in whatever ways serve best are vital to one’s well being.
