Many of my clients feel like they have to have their ducks in a row in order to start taking care of themselves.
But the truth is, there’s almost never going to be a perfect time. Life is constantly happening.
Clients bring their overwhelm and stress. Students share their space with their fur babies and little kiddos.
It’s not uncommon for my students to get extra care from my little assistant, as shown here.
Classes and private sessions with me are never about perfection or doing everything by the books.
It’s about support for the very real and full life that you have right now, not about trying to create the idealistic calm environments every time.
Wellness and self care aren’t performative. They exist in the quiet moments that you show up for yourself.
