On February 25, Sonara Gong returns to Bloom Loft for another Yin and Gong evening in collaboration with Chantal.
Chantal will guide a slow, intentional yin practice.
The evening will close with an immersive gong journey designed to support deep relaxation and nervous system regulation.
This is a midweek reset.
