One misconception I consistently hear from people is that squats are the best exercise for your glutes. Firstly, Squats are a quad dominant exercise. While they can use the gluteus muscles synergistically, typically most people I witness, do not have optimal mobility to efficiently utilize the glutes. This is due to muscle imbalance and tightness in your body.

Secondly, Hamstrings Are a VITAL part of the posterior chain and therefore essential to glute development. To help lift, grow and develop the GLUTES, I am performing multiple hamstring exercises with a variety positional modifications to target all parts of the hamstring complex as it is made up of actually 3 different muscles: the biceps femoris, semitendinosus and semimembranosus.

**Performing a variety of exercises is key to your fitness program and your body will not benefit if you do the same thing time and time again! So if you end up following this video, please make sure to advance your exercises accordingly or message me for details on training! Also keep your weight light until you get the form down pact!
