Sometimes it feels like the year is moving faster than it should.

Like the days don’t last the way they used to.

It’s not just you.

It’s the pace we’re living in.
Everything around us moves quickly…
and without noticing, we start moving like that too.

So if this May already feels rushed,
this is a gentle reminder:

you don’t have to keep up with everything.

You don’t have to do it all in one day.

Sometimes, one small action is enough.
And sometimes…

it’s about giving yourself
those 30 minutes
you haven’t allowed yourself in a long time.

To pause.
To sit.
To do nothing.

That also counts.

I hope this month gives you space
for small, meaningful pauses —
and a rhythm that feels more like yours.

Some days don’t need more advice.

They need one small pause.

This gentle connect-the-dots game is a simple way to slow down, focus, and give your mind something soft to land on — even if just for a moment.

Follow the numbers.
Discover the word.
Complete the phrase.

Art can be deeply healing, and some hospitals come to remind us of what we feel.

Coming soon to Los Angeles: Hospital of Emotion, an immersive experience that transforms a hospital into a journey through human emotions such as love, fear, hope, anger, and joy.

An interesting initiative that opens another path to talk about mental health, emotions, and the importance of continuing to create spaces for awareness and conversation through art.

If you’re in Los Angeles, it may be worth stopping by if you can.

Anxiety is not a flaw; it’s a message. 🌿

We often treat discomfort as an enemy to be defeated. We try to silence the racing thoughts, the sudden urge to stay home, or that heavy "no" that shows up when we have plans.

But what if we stopped fighting?

I’ve learned that these symptoms aren’t trying to break you—they are trying to protect you. They are a part of you that feels unsafe and is simply asking for a different kind of attention.

True flow begins when we stop the internal battle and start observing our discomfort with kindness.

If your body could talk today, what would it say?
Maybe it’s asking for rest, more hours of sleep, better nourishment... or maybe it’s just asking to be seen.

I’m still learning to listen, and I’d love for us to do it together.

Comment "BREATH" below, and I’ll send you a free, gentle tool I created to help you find your center in just 5 minutes. No pressure, just a gift from my heart to yours. ✨

Listen to the whispers before they become screams. 🌿

I spent a long time thinking that if I ignored the tightness in my chest or the knots in my stomach, they would eventually just… disappear. I treated my body like a machine that was failing me, instead of a friend that was trying to protect me.

But I’ve learned (the hard way) that silencing our symptoms doesn’t make the noise go away. It only buries it deeper.

True flow started for me the moment I stopped fighting. When I finally sat down with my anxiety and said: “I see you. I’m not going to try to hush you today. I’m just going to observe you with kindness.”

Naming what we feel doesn’t fix everything instantly, but it takes away the monster's power. It puts things back into context. It reminds us that we are more than just our struggles.

If you’re feeling heavy today, just know you don’t have to "fix" yourself. You just have to be willing to listen. You are not alone in this.

Lately I’ve been noticing how easy it is to ignore what our body is trying to say.

Not everything shows up as a thought you can name.
Sometimes it’s just tension… discomfort… something that feels off but you keep pushing through.

I’m starting to pay more attention to that — not to fix everything, just to understand a little more.

There’s a kind of stress that doesn’t feel obvious.

It doesn’t always come as thoughts you can name
or emotions you can explain.

Sometimes it lives in the background—
in the way your body carries the day,
in small signals that are easy to overlook
until they start asking for your attention.

And it’s not about assuming everything has a deeper meaning,
but about becoming a little more aware
of what might be there.

Because when you start noticing,
you begin to relate to it differently.

I’m curious:

Do you tend to notice what your body is feeling…
or only realize it when it’s already too much?

Where do you feel it the most?

There’s something about the start of a new month…

A quiet moment where you look back
and realize you didn’t quite follow through
on what you had hoped for.

Not in a dramatic way.
Just… that subtle feeling of falling a little short.

And even without anyone saying anything,
it can feel like you should be doing more.

Trying harder. Getting it right this time.

But maybe this time
you don’t need to push from that place.

Maybe you can meet yourself where you actually are
and begin from there.

What comes up for you at the beginning of a new month?

Do you tend to feel behind… or ready?
What would it look like to start from a more honest place this time?

What you see,
where you go,
what you engage with,
and who you allow into your life—

becomes part of what nourishes
your mind,
your body,
and your inner world.

So maybe this is an invitation
to move with more awareness…

and to be intentional
about what you let in.

Not everything deserves
access to you.

Choose what you allow in
with care.

Following the conversation on stigma,
I want to share something deeper with you—

The Hidden Layers of Stigma in Women’s Mental Health.

In future posts, I’ll share more about my own experience with misdiagnosis,
and how you can better recognize and prevent it.

I’ll also talk about something that affects many of us—
like thyroid imbalances—
and how they can influence our mood
without necessarily being only a mental health issue.

Sometimes it’s physical.
Sometimes it’s both.

And maybe, this is also an invitation—
to pause and notice:

when you question yourself,
who is really speaking?

Is it you…
or a belief system you’ve learned to carry?

If you’d like to explore this further,
I created a Self-Stigma Reflection guide for you.

Take your time with it—
you can download it from the link in my profile.
