A question I have always gotten as a Psychic Medium is how do I know what’s anxiety versus intuition? Anxiety feels disorganized and chaotic. Intuition feels like a loud whisper that is never chaotic. Anxiety makes my chest tighten and my shoulders roll forward. Intuition allows my chest to open and peaks my curiosity.
