Big News: My First Online Workshop Is Live!

I’m so excited to share that my first online workshop, Room to Breathe, is now live!
This program is close to my heart — it’s about using gentle movement and breath to create more space and ease in your body. Over 90+ minutes of content (short 10–15 minute sessions) help you reconnect to yourself, move with awareness, and learn to influence your breath and nervous system for calm and restoration.
It’s the first offering from my new virtual studio, A New Body Normal, which I’ll be launching in November.
