Hi, it's Alena and I have to tell you that I am fine, but I have severely injured my hand and wrist. So I might be a little slow getting back to emails for a little bit, but it won't change anything else! I was acting goofy and playing around in my power wheelchair, I've only had it a couple months and it has a lift feature so I was messing around and threw my hands up.... and I was struck by the ceiling fan! I know I'm a dummy but it's kind of funny! And only me can pull that off. On a side note, that chair can go up above my refrigerator! So I can reach things again... I will avoid the ceiling fan from now on!

I have to say the disabled community is one big family! Went to a cool event today hosted by the Shriners and it was such a good time! Saw a couple people i haven't seen in years! And made new friends that will be joining us at our event! Super excited!

We may need a convention center next year! Kentucky loves the disabled community! Im so excited to see things come together!

Went to the state fair yesterday and met some individuals that would fit in with our program! I'm hoping to add them to our event!
