Habitually sucking your stomach in is hurting your pelvic floor.
And I say that with so much love โ because nobody told us. We were taught that holding it in was the right thing to do. It became habitual. Habits can be hard to break.
But your core isn't meant to be held. It's a pressure system. And when you freeze it, that pressure goes straight down into your pelvic floor.
Tight. Braced. Never resting.
It's no wonder so many of us are leaking, in pain, unstable, or doing all the "right" exercises and still feeling disconnected.
It starts with the diaphragm. It starts with the breath. It starts with re-wiring the nervous system and building safe, effective movement that stems from how you breathe.
