Sherry Liggins encourages two teams every day: her own branch in Cordova, TN, and the Middle Tennessee market she stepped up to support. The Adoration Home Health Branch Director earned trust in both places quickly, and after a long stretch of limited hiring, she recruited several new team members. She has also helped families already in her care stay with Adoration while new families began receiving support at home. Since joining that Adoration Home Health office as Branch Director, Tonya has built a team-oriented culture with real hometown hospitality, and she has held onto it through more than one staffing challenge.
