My Favorite 200-Calorie High-Protein Snack (19g Protein!) 💪🔥
One of my favorite go-to snacks (or light breakfasts) when I want something sweet, filling, and packed with protein.
This simple recipe comes in at approximately:
✅ 200 Calories
✅ 19 Grams of Protein
✅ Gut-Friendly
✅ Quick & Easy to Make
✅ Satisfies a Sweet Tooth Without Derailing Your Goals
Here's what I use:
• ¾ cup non-fat Greek yogurt
• ½ teaspoon honey
• ½ serving Simple Mills Sweet Thins
That's it.
The best part? You can easily customize it based on your goals:
✔️ Use stevia instead of honey to lower calories
✔️ Add more honey if you have room in your macros
✔️ Add more crackers for extra crunch
✔️ Use dairy-free yogurt if needed
✔️ Add berries for additional fiber and nutrients
