I'm taking a much needed moment to brag, not a little but a LOT, on this amazing woman!

Ever since I/we officially began LuVille Fresh, I've been running almost non-stop to make sure it got off the ground and going. Then did everything it took to keep it going again this year, even with all the menu and demographic changes and the extra add-ons this year (the market)... and LIFE.
Through it all I kept telling myself, it'll (both life and the business) eventually slow down and then I can make time to go back and clean up paperwork.

Yeah... 😒 I can tell you that is NOT the case and that did NOT happen! I made the decision to rip off the bandaid to create the time I thought it would take, then sat down to get to work on it, and attempted to learn some basics. I very quickly realized it was a LOT more involved than I ever imagined and that NO I did NOT have the time. Especially the time it would take to properly learn the mountains of jargon and the proper procedures. Nevermind tax ramifications if I did make a mistake.

So... I IMMEDIATELY reached out to Cait. She assured me I'm not "too small". And that she gets exactly how I feel. Best business decision I ever made, and I very much regret not reaching out sooner!
I went from frustrated and crying over something I know I'd be able to eventually learn if I had the time (but I don't!) and beyond frustrated with how far behind I was... to feeling confident that it's all getting done SO QUICKLY.

Bottom line, we all work so very hard for our personal business, and this is a HUGE part of ensuring the business is running smoothly, and in getting ready for next steps. So it's SO important to choose wisely when it comes to the people you surround yourself with when it comes to ALL of your business decisions.

I'm just blessed to say that Cait with Beyond Your Books has my back (and the market's back!) so I don't have to worry about it and can keep focused on moving forward! An amazing connection made thanks to Women of Louisville!

About 100 VENDORS today! Food, drinks, crafts, local business connections...

📣 Dairy Festival Vendor Line Up!📣
We are STILL confirming a few potential new vendors for the week. I will update when I know start dates. It's a BUSY WEEK for us at Robsion Park! **Morgen's Fudge is set to join us this week. More to come! Mr Terry with ’s Milkhouse Creamery, LLC is back and our special guest vendor this week! If you've never had Kentucky grass fed diary, now is your chance because you're missing out! Our other vendors will be supporting with additional fun products! Last summer date for Keeling bringing his fun games, as the playground should still be set to re-open at the Lyndon Summer Festival this Friday! We've got 18 of our vendors set to attend the festival. Check the Summer Festival page for schedule of events, vendor lineup, etc.
**PLEASE remember to check for weather updates, IN GOOD WEATHER we are now located back at the big Pavilion! Follow the address at Lake Ave for at-market parking at the back of the park!

This week will be VERY different for us! We will be participating in the Lyndon Summer Festival this year, and managing the farmers market section of vendors!
So this week, I will HAVE to take a step back from seeking at Robsion Park Farmers Market (however I'll still be there for set up and close) so I can prep to the best of my ability for the Festival!

If there's anything you'd like to order for the week, prior to the festival, I'll be available to meet for a short pick up window on Tuesday at 6pm at the market location. Other than that, come see us for snacks and ice cold water next weekend! 🎉

On the menu for The East End Farmer’s Market tomorrow at the Blueberry Jamboree! Crumble Bars, Buckles, Lemon Loaves all in various flavors! MUFFINS! And whatever else I have time to make tonight. I should hopeflly be able to make more banana breads with mix ins too. 🤷‍♀️
We'll have MORE fresh dried herbs and some Sun Sugars too.

I'll talk about some barriers weve had tomorrow! Because life has definitely lifed yall!
