Still After Dark - Kentucky’s FIRST sauna festival

Dance, sauna, chill….

Bring: change of clothes, two towels, non-metallic water bottle and slip on and off shoes.

There will be a changing room should you not want to change in bathrooms.

Please leave pets at home.

We tried to capture every cold plunge with Monika Kroupova Willenbrink . Watch the video to the end to find out how many she enjoyed in 2.5 days.

We don’t restrict the amount of time or the number of times someone enjoys the cold. We do educate and encourage people to listen to their body.

Whether it is seconds or minutes, listen to your body and know you are doing something courageously healthy and you will leave the cold a brand new person full of accomplishment and energy.

It’s another hot one, but coming out of a hot sauna makes you feel like you’ve stepped into AC. Also the frosty cold plunge helps fight the heat!
