“Planting seeds in young hearts creates forests of the future.” Two days of graduation magic celebrating the most amazing kids. Watching my niece and nephew walk the stage after helping to bring them home 18 years ago as the tiniest babies, to the most amazing kids that helped shape me as a teacher and a coach in my time at Windsor High School. All their growth, talents and uniqueness playing out as they each head off to new adventures leaving forever imprints on my heart. ♥️

Steve Jobs said it best, “the only way to connect the dots is to look behind you”…A chance meeting with two of the smartest women in medicine, sharing a common goal of health and wellness in a non-traditional model of patient care,
and all the pieces of graduate school courses, health coaching practicums and life experiences as an educator fit together, leading to becoming a part of a clinical practice as a nutritionist and health coach, working alongside these incredible women as they role out their vision inside the cutest 100year old house with all the decades of positive energy inside cheering us on.
