We are excited to announce that Sacred Hollow Farm will be hosting a yoga & sound healing event the evening of the summer solstice, Tuesday June 21st from 6pm-8pm!
Join us as we connect to Mother Nature on the longest day of the year.
Event details:
First Carissa Clifton from Yoga Gypsy Studio will lead us with a yoga class that connects us to our body, breath and soul.
Then Caleb Schoeppe from Sacred Hollow Farm will finish our class with a relaxing vibroacoustic sound healing session, for the ultimate body, mind & spirit connection; all while being surrounded by a beautiful nature setting.
Afterward, we invite all attendees to cut a ten stem flower bouquet from the farm, so we may all take a piece of this healing experience home with us.
We will provide herbal water refreshments after class.
What to bring:
Yoga mat or blanket
Insect repellent (if desired)
Loose clothing for comfort
Water or electrolytes
Farm appropriate shoes

$35 per ticket (Tickets are limited prepay online is encouraged)
