Learn intuition development!

In this class we will be among likeminded individuals as we learn the fundamentals of receiving intuitive messages from energy that surrounds all things.
We will practice giving each other readings using our intuitive abilities in a group & a paired setting, from the tools we learn as a class.

This group is geared toward beginners who are wanting to learn how to tap into their intuitive abilities, and this class is for those with experience who want to practice with others; everyone is welcome.

Intuition development is like a muscle, the more we practice the better we become!

Hi friends!
We are excited to share a special summer solstice event with you! Tomorrow June 21st from 6p-8p we are hosting a healing event at the farm.
• First, Carissa from .gypsy.studio will lead us with a grounding yoga practice, reconnecting us to our mind, body & breath.

• After our yoga class, Caleb from Sacred Hollow Farm will send us into total relaxation with a vibroacoustic sound healing session, completing the mind, body & spirit connection.
(If you’ve never had a sound healing session, we definitely recommend you try this!)

• Once we have completed our yoga & sound healing, we will invite all attendees to pick a ten stem bouquet, so we may take a piece of this amazing experience home with us.

The farm is much cooler once the sun makes his way over the treetops, leaving behind the perfect temperature for our event!

We are excited to announce that Sacred Hollow Farm will be hosting a yoga & sound healing event the evening of the summer solstice, Tuesday June 21st from 6pm-8pm!

Join us as we connect to Mother Nature on the longest day of the year.

Event details:

First Carissa Clifton from Yoga Gypsy Studio will lead us with a yoga class that connects us to our body, breath and soul.
Then Caleb Schoeppe from Sacred Hollow Farm will finish our class with a relaxing vibroacoustic sound healing session, for the ultimate body, mind & spirit connection; all while being surrounded by a beautiful nature setting.

Afterward, we invite all attendees to cut a ten stem flower bouquet from the farm, so we may all take a piece of this healing experience home with us.

We will provide herbal water refreshments after class.

What to bring:
Yoga mat or blanket

Loose clothing for comfort
Water or electrolytes
Farm appropriate shoes

Join us in class as we help you understand how this amazing holistic healing modality changes the way we look at sound.

Caleb is teaching the Sound Health Class at the UofA Global Campus in Bentonville this Friday from 5pm-8pm!

In this class you will learn the fundamentals of sound healing. You will understand how sound affects our bodies and creates an environment for restoring cells back to homeostasis.

At the end of class Caleb will offer a sound healing session for all attendees.

This class is a $60 investment and with it you will receive a certificate of attendance for Sound Health through the UofA.

Hello friends, we wanted to share a simple herbal vinegar recipe with you.
-
You can use any herbs you’d like, but for this one we are making a rosemary & sage vinegar.
We will use this vinegar as a hair rinse, medicinal extract and as a household cleanser.
-
Ingredients:
Sage
Rosemary
Cloth
String
Distilled water
1/3c white sugar (unless you already have a vinegar mother.)

Directions:
Gather herbs and strip the leaves.
Fill glass jar 2/3 with herbs.
Pour sugar in jar.
Fill the jar to the top with water.
Stir herbs everyday for at least a week.
Let ferment in a warm spot for at least a month.

** Vinegar will corrode metal, so place in jar with rubber top.**

Collective energy card pull.
This morning I was drawn to pull two cards for us.
-
Reversed ‘Blessed’ & reversed ‘Regeneration’
-
When blessings come to us they do so when we fully let go and bask in the present moment.
Spirit is asking us to let go of our need to control how and when we would like to receive blessings, because the very act of control cuts off the flow of energy.
We can’t push a river, the river flows the way it’s meant to, our only rational recourse is to fully release the need to paddle upstream and allow spirit to float us in the direction we are meant to go.
Once we allow fully, we will then see all the blessings that have been waiting on the other side of control.
-
We are also being asked by spirit to let go of our old self; it is no longer serving us in the direction we are headed.
We are in this space where we are holding onto people, places & things that will no longer fit in with our future self. We must accept that it is time for our old self to die completely for us to become reborn in our new reality.
We are allowed grieve this loss, but let’s not stay in this space long.
We are being reminded that we are on the cusp of a completely new life and there are parts of our past that cannot come with us; it’s time to shed the past before we open the door to new beginnings.
