Every time A Goddess Smiled and Laughed, Shared her Truth, Let her Heart Lead, Received what was meant for Her, Released what Wasn't, Remembered She is Worthy of Self-Care, Love, Appreciation, Peace, and Joy...🌞

This is what today was all about. And I celebrate with each of you, Goddesses! Thank you for continuing to fill your cups so you can hold it down for your people, your work, your children, your partners, your families, your friends, your pets (shout out to Aris, Finny & the chickens). 🐕🐈‍⬛🐓

This is what heals the world, coming together in safe, sacred and supportive ways 🌎

At Yoga in the Park the other day at Veterans Rally Point in Lopatcong, NJ, we can together in the cold rain to care for our well-being.

And we also honored the Dads, The Uncles, The Friends, all who have served, especially those who have given their lives.

I shared from the unique perspective of being a USMC spouse, that the greatest way to honor our service members is to live a life with joy, integrity and gratitude.

JFK said it like this, ""As we express our gratitude, we must never forget that the highest appreciation is not to utter words, but to live by them." John F Kennedy

Thank you to all who gave themselves selflessly to serve so that we may live lives with choice, happiness and ease. Never take it for granted. And honor them by taking great care of yourself, one another and this beautiful land today 🇺🇲

What a pleasure to provide A Wellness Experience for NJ Play Sports & their leadership team today!

Truly grateful that there are wonderful employers like Jess and Steve, who care about their employees health, empowering them with tools like today's breath work, movement and deep relaxation.

Remember, it's always important to slow down, take a few minutes for yourself or at least a few deep breaths. This helps you get regulated & ready to take that next step. Practicing self care ensures you see the amazing work you've already done and opens the doors for possibilities that are hard to notice when you're drowning under pressure!

Zen quote for all as we prepare for a long weekend of whatever you've got going on,- work, relaxation, reverence, receiving.. You got this!
