So many women are told:
“It’s just stress.”
“It’s just hormones.”
“Your labs are normal.”
“That’s part of getting older.”
“Just take this and manage it.”
But symptoms are not random.
Acid reflux, bloating, PMS, brain fog, energy crashes, constipation, painful periods, poor sleep, and feeling exhausted all the time are often signs that your body needs more support.
Not panic.
Not shame.
Not a quick fix.
Just a deeper look.
Because underneath the symptoms, we may need to explore things like:
blood sugar balance
gut health
stomach acid + digestion
hormone patterns
nutrient deficiencies
stress + nervous system regulation
inflammation
sleep quality
protein, fiber, and mineral intake
how well your body is detoxing and eliminating
This is exactly why I don’t love the “everything looks normal” conversation when you still feel anything but normal.
