If you were my client getting ready for summer…
I honestly would NOT tell you to starve yourself, cut out carbs, or spend hours doing cardio 👀
I’d tell you to do EXACTLY what I just did instead:
a 14-day reset focused on:
✔️ whole foods
✔️ protein
✔️ hydration
✔️ digestion
✔️ movement
✔️ sleep
✔️ rebuilding consistency with your habits again
Because honestly? Over the last few months I realized my own routine had started to feel really off.
Between stress, working on my Pilates certification, navigating mental health challenges, eating out more, and just feeling so inflamed lately…
I realized I had slowly fallen out of a lot of the habits that normally help me feel my best.
And honestly? I just wasn’t feeling good in my body anymore.
So I decided to do another D.TOX RESET before summer and woke up yesterday feeling lean & toned 🔥
Now 14 days later, I’m noticing:
✨ less bloating
✨ better digestion
✨ more energy
✨ mental clarity
✨ consistency with my habits again
✨ and yes… the scale moved too (4.4lbs to be exact!)
And that’s exactly why I keep coming back to this reset a few times a year.
Not because it’s extreme.
Not because it’s restrictive.
But because it helps me feel good again.
