I’ve surveyed 10 women (so far!) and 88.9% of them said their biggest struggle is accountability and staying consistent 😮💨
Here’s what I’ve learned:
It’s not because you’re lazy.
It’s not because you don’t know what to eat.
And it’s not because you need “more motivation”
Most women already know they should:
✔️ Eat more protein
✔️ Exercise regularly
✔️ Drink more water
✔️ Plan their meals
The problem is that real life gets in the way.
Work gets busy.
The kids need something.
Stress is high.
You miss a workout.
You eat off plan.
Then instead of adjusting, you think:
“YOLO, I already fu**ed it up this week, so might as well eat the donuts too.”
And just like that, one missed workout turns into a missed week.
One off-plan meal turns into a weekend.
It’s the all-or-nothing mindset that keeps so many women stuck.
I’ve helped 500+ clients transform over the years, and the solution isn’t just having a plan.
It’s learning how to stay consistent even when life isn’t perfect.
I want to share more about that, but first…
I’m still collecting responses for my market research survey.
If you’re a woman trying to lose weight and you’ve struggled with consistency, I’d love to hear from you.
