Had lots of fun in the sun at Revere’s All Abilities Beach Day! Lots of folks enjoying access to the ocean thanks to The Revere Commission on Disability and DCR’s Universal Access program and their fleet of adaptive beach chairs.

Today Team Lynnebago provided a shade and hydration lounge for guests, and topped off many a beach-goer with sunblock. Shade is a crucial accommodation for all to be able to fully enjoy time outdoors, especially at the beach. We are grateful so many took advantage of our Soli Outdoors Lynnebago Lounge!

We are excited to return next year with The Lynnebago Accessible Event Trailer! A tremendous THANK YOU to Pauline and Ralph from the Revere Commission on Disability for inviting us to join in the fun! Cheers to the last weeks of summer!

This June, Lisa Marie Tulipani co-founder of The Lynnebago, joined Forbes magazine’s "Accessibility 2.0" panel of disability innovation leaders. In this installment, author Bill Schiffmiller delved into the insights of the "Falling Forward Friday" networking group, where Tulipani is a member, to chart the future of accessibility from a lens of leadership, humanity, and the greater good.

Read the full article "Accessibility 2.0 is Becoming a Leadership Conversation" here: https://www.forbes.com/sites/billschiffmiller/2026/06/23/accessibility-20-is-becoming-a-leadership-conversation/

After taking an extended break from business life, The Lynnebago co-founders Lisa and Mariam are grateful to be back into the swing of things; a feature in Forbes is just the starting point.

We are ready to bring outdoor access to all!

TIME SENSITIVE ADVOCACY ALERT FOR MASSACHUSETTS RESIDENTS AND ADVOCATES!

TLDR: Contact your MA State representative in support of the Universal Changing Table Amendment ( #682) to the Economic Development Bill (H5562)! Go here: thearcofmass.org/action

The Universal Changing Space Amendment is up for vote tomorrow July 8th at the State House! This amendment to the Economic Development Bill would update the MA Building Code, requiring Universal Changing Spaces (accessible restrooms with powered height-adjustable changing tables) for all new construction and renovations of public buildings starting in 2027.

Back in September, The Lynnebago co-founder Lisa Tulipani provided testimony in support of this bill. Lisa testified about her personal experiences as a caregiver and accessibility consultant on how Universal Changes Spaces can make civic life engaging and possible for the disability community.

This bill is crucial to the progression towards true societal inclusion and belonging for the disability community. Accessibility builds not only connection, but improves public health outcomes and bolsters economic growth.

View more information on the Universal Changing Table amendment and highlights from Tulipani’s September testimony below.

AND MOST IMPORTANTLY: use this link from The Arc of Massachusetts to find your state representative TODAY and tell them to pass MA. thearcofmass.org/action
