You have no idea who you're going to become.
When I was in my 20s, I never would have imagined that I would become the person I am today.
I was different. My body was different. My perspective on life was different.
And one thing I've learned is that taking care of yourself becomes increasingly important as you get older. What you could ignore in your 20s can become much harder to ignore in your 30s and 40s.
Self-care isn't selfish.
It's part of growing into who you're becoming.
