Q: Me and my family recently moved to the U.S. and I only have a copy of my child's vaccination record from our home country?
A: We have interpreter online capability for over 30 languages. Our nurses are well-skilled with reading documentation of vaccines received outside of the U.S. and can assess vaccine needs to start school.
Q: I just moved to Arkansas, and I don't have a copy of my child's vaccination record from another state, and the school needs it for my child?
A: Our staff can help you request vaccine records from all 50 states and then assess what your child might be needing now, as well as scheduling for upcoming vaccines they will need in the future.

Sports physicals support safe participation in sports by checking overall health and fitness.
