After suffering from a debilitating illness for an extended period of time, numerous visits to doctors and specialists, thousands of dollars spent, and still no improvement to my health, I decided to take control of my own health. As a result, I regained my health and learned how to help others in the process. Through the years, I have helped friends, family members and clients to achieve and main
tain health and wellness. It has been said that, when cleansed and properly nourished, the body has the blueprint to heal itself. Through consultation, my client and I consider lifestyle and dietary changes that could help to promote health and wellness that is custom to them and their individual circumstances. During the course of my studies, I was introduced to a healing modality called Reflexology. Reflexology is a healing art that utilizes pressure points in the foot that correspond with organs, glands and body systems to promote health and wellness. However, one of the primary and most important benefits, in my opinion, is stress management. Reflexology is one of the most successful therapies for relaxation.
