In this discussion, we'll explore how past experiences continue to influence the present, how unconscious patterns shape our responses, and how awareness can open the door to healing. Rather than trying to eliminate or avoid our wounds, we'll consider what it means to meet them with curiosity, compassion, and presence.
Together we'll reflect on questions such as:
• What are our triggers trying to show us?
• How do old wounds continue to shape our lives?
• What does genuine healing look like?
• Can we learn to respond from awareness rather than from old patterns?
