Kitchen hack - have you tried this with zucchini? I hate when my zucchini goes roly-poly and all over the counter and onto the floor. This is saved me from that inconvenience! If you didn’t know about it, I hope it helps you too!

I actually got the idea from someone showing how to properly cut Romain lettuce!
