This conversation was such a great reminder that when you reframe your mindset and realize life happens for you, not to you, the impact can be powerful. And when you are willing to share your story, you never know who you may inspire along the way.
Sometimes all it takes is hearing someone else’s journey to help us make the best out of our own.

I’m so grateful for . She is exactly where she is meant to be ❤️

Paquita Reddish is a keynote speaker, transformational coach, entrepreneur, and community leader known for empowering women to turn pain into purpose. As founder of The Divine Solutionist and CEO of Blessed Divine Creations, she inspires audiences through powerful conversations on resilience, faith, healing, entrepreneurship, and personal transformation. Drawing from her lived experience overcoming domestic violence, depression, and adversity, Paquita delivers authentic, impactful messages that help individuals reclaim their voice, rebuild confidence, and pursue purpose-driven success. She is also an advocate for Black women in business, youth empowerment, and community leadership, serving through organizations focused on entrepreneurship, recovery, and social impact. This week, I am joined by Paquita Reddish as we sit down to talk about her journey of faith, healing, and purpose. It’s in those moments when we hear our own story reflected in someone else’s that we often find hope—and a deeper sense of compassion for ourselves and for others. I’m grateful to share her story with you today.

Today I met with my friend and we talked about all the things..as we usually do. The need for quiet, presence mixed with goal setting, ambition and success. To be honest with you it’s a hard combination.

But we are going to work together to bring you those conversations that will impact you. Conversations about growth, purpose, balance and the constant pull between being present while still dreaming bigger.

I have always said that as long as there is not that “one more conversation” that needs to be had, I will keep working on this podcast. There are still so many stories worth sharing and so many people we can learn from along the way.

I’ve got some ideas for other things to come too. How about you? Do you daydream about the “what ifs”?

Haven’t listened yet? Scroll the episodes, there may just be one that calls to you!

We are almost done with Season 2 already! Let’s look back at the season starting with my conversation with .
I first heard Dan speak at the commencement ceremony and was immediately inspired by his genuineness, his story, and maybe most importantly, his path forward. He doesn’t quit, he helps others, and he makes some pretty incredible food.

Here’s a flashback to Episode 1 of Season 2 — LINK IN BIO.

In this episode, Chef Dan Jacobs, widely recognized from Top Chef: Wisconsin, shares the life lessons he’s learned along the way, the impact he hopes to have on others, and the resilience that defines both his cooking and his personal journey.

So tuck in your napkin — this one is a full course of insight and inspiration!
