Here Again
There I was in the pretense of my life
When every day woke into a dark memory
Here I am in the fire of my life
Wash over me. Take my breath
Now I move into the twilight of my life
A fine nest to seek peace relieves the dawning of death

And now I wonder why...
It takes so long
To want to live with it
It takes so long
To come to grips with it
I fell so far
But now I'm up again
I fell so far
But now I wanna live again

There I was in the pretense of my life
Looking ahead only kept me in the past
Here I am in the fire of my life
Feelings of love are finally changing hands
Now I move into the twilight of my life
Can't amend all the things, but now at least
I can look back and Laugh

Oh the wonderment
Put an end to it
Know I wanted it
So I ended it

To feel alive again

I was only going to this link so I could include it in an application, and I was struck in AWE when I saw the date. Had I remembered writing this 3 years later, maybe the last 5 years would've held together a little better. What is with these dates?! Somebody summon me a witch or a mystic, or som**hing!!!

Whenever someone asks why we're occupying some middle eastern country, or why we support Isreal over Pakistan, my answer is always "POPPIES!" Like the Wicked Witch of the West once said!
Poppies be my reply. Here's why:
Who needs oil, when you can manufacture a cultivation based in the oldest ground war, where Jesus once stood and tossed tables in the faces of clerks and questioned rabbi and priests, saying "What is this? Here, in the temple where you say my father's name but spill blood and vile vine on money and receipts! You mock the very cause you suffer from, and yet you claim refrain?!"
We can all go on pretending that sacrificial blood isn't raining through the tortured veins of so many, seduced by the lie that we can all just get by being pushed into som**hing yet again, wait?! What's that again?! Just another new trend. Never mind. Let it it die. The deal is done and there's no one to sing to now that Covid took out the last lung, but everyone's still strung out on m**h, both the crystal and the 'done, goddammit why can't we leave that s**t alone? So alone coming out of rehab with a bag full of drugs, not gonna lie, I got numbers from my peeps, but we won't hang out. I gotta care for me and replenish these days, see? What I did there was mention my love for my dog, but she ain't mine, she's her own thing, it's me who's at her side. Let's ride this through so no one else gets lost, we're still explaining the cost of circumventing billions of dreams for a few crumbs to these sick, suited thieves. And no one seems to care about that stare, that look, just look, now look, really look, FU**IN L👀K at what's lookin back, cuz there's no lookin back. Not now. We gotta go. We gotta throw a rope to line things up, cuz this scene is about to unfold, but with a little hope we might be mighty. See yourself through my eyes and see there's som**hing there between you and me. Always was and forever will so long as we stay true to what's guiding us with love and honor what's good God's will will see us through because our best interests are ours, that means, all of us, them, we, me, and you. Don't forget this one thing. The best thing about this is that as all of it is fading fast....so chill, until it's time to rest.💖

Sustaining integrity and appreciating beauty and eating animals are very similar if put in the proper perspective and appreciated... We look upon things of beauty... faces 🥰 flowers 💐 rainbows 🌈 stars 🌟 sunsets 🌇 and wonder... 💛✨💞💫💖... Much like our desire to satiate ourselves with the flesh of animals, even if it means their life, because it is only through our appreciation that we find gratitude, and in doing so we are able to honor such beauty.🤗

I screamed your name into the chaos of the day
Trying desperately to hear the echo of my love from from your shaking lips
Never have I wanted so much to risk my everything
For the fall is sometimes too deep to fathom its bottom
Nevertheless we seek love with the hope that the darkness is but a means to an end
Alas I heard nothing through the void but the permeating thump of my own heart
The sound so deafening
Like that of native drums from before the wars between man and ancient gods
Losing hope in my affect I whispered once more your name through the stillness in the eye of this emotional storm
Faintly your voice reached the darkness of my weary heart
And restored was my faith as reverberations bounced back
Bright peaceful and full like the blood moon that guides me through the still quiver of night.

If you are able, be with those you love, and tell them that you love them, because time is never certain, and a loving goodbye could be the difference between peace and regret.
