There is something so powerful about watching a mother step into birth with trust in herself ✨

With her first baby, this mama had an epidural birth experience. This time, her birth goal was to have an unmedicated birth — and she did exactly that. From working through labor at home, and outside the hospital to continuing strong and intentionally once we arrived in labor & delivery, she stayed grounded, focused, and incredibly determined the entire way through 🥰

She leaned into every suggestion I offered, worked through each intense wave, and even powered through the infamous “dilation station” with so much strength and grace. Just a few short hours after arriving, she welcomed her sweet baby boy earthside surrounded by so much love and support 🫶

Watching her achieve the redemptive birth she hoped for was such an honor, and my heart is so full for this beautiful family.

Sibling-centered care matters too 🤍

Before we headed in to welcome her newest sibling earthside, we slowed down for a few quiet cuddles on the couch. Because birth isn’t just a huge moment for mom. It’s a life-changing transition for big siblings too.

Sometimes the most important part of support looks like making space for their feelings, calming nervous excitement, answering little questions, and reminding them they are still deeply loved through all the change.

I love creating gentle moments like this for families. The transition into a new baby should include the whole family — especially the little ones becoming big siblings. 🫶

Being on call for a birth is its own kind of lifestyle…

Sometimes I treat it like a race against time to see how much I can get done before that call comes in.

Me? Waiting like 👀📱

Because at any moment… life changes for a family, and I get to be part of it 🫶

The chaos, the anticipation, the “drop everything and go” — I wouldn’t trade it for anything. 🐻 ❤️

Hi everyone 🤍

I wanted to take a moment to share a quick, honest update. Transparency is something I truly value—both personally and within my business.

At this time, I won’t be able to host meet-ups just yet. My daughter has been dealing with a health concern since December, and we’re currently working through therapy to determine if it’s muscle-related. If needed, the next step will be further imaging. As you can imagine, this season has required me to shift my schedule and prioritize being present for her while still showing up fully for my clients.

Because of that, my availability outside of client care is a bit more limited right now. Thank you for your patience and understanding—it truly means so much to me.

I’ll be sure to share updates when I’m able to host these meet-ups. In the meantime, if you feel led, we would appreciate any prayers or positive thoughts for my sweet girl ❤️

For my current clients, this excludes you. I’m just not taking on anymore clients for the next 2 months. You’re all always a top priority as well!

I’ve got my eye on a pelvis 🤣

Sitting at my daughter’s physical therapy appointment and I can’t help myself… this pelvis model is calling my name 👀🛒 These are SUCH a powerful visual for showing what really happens during labor — the movement, the space, the magic ✨

Pretty sure I’m about to add one to my cart because teaching mamas with hands-on visuals just hits different 🙌

Also… slightly jealous she gets to lay there and nap while I’m over here mentally building my next birth education tool 😴😂

Mama Bear is always working over here 🐻💛 This is our 2nd home for the next 6(ish) weeks but I’m blessed to have a schedule that allows me to figure it out, somehow 😅
