General information

Our first project was a production of Gruesome Playground Injuries by Rajiv Joseph, directed by Annelise Dickinson and performed by Kristin Hammargren and Peter Hunt. GPI tells the story of Kayleen and Doug. One prone to external injuries, the other to internal, we follow them through 30 years of hurting and healing as they struggle to come together. With humor and candor, Gruesome Playground Injuries explores the messier depths of the boy-meets-girl story. GPI was performed at Sector67 and The Frequency. One is a collaborative workshop space for creating technology prototypes, the other is a music club.
