A little about Blair:
Blair’s yoga journey began ten years ago in the heart of Marshall, Texas. At first, yoga was simply a series of postures to explore—but within the welcoming walls of her small-town studio, she discovered so much more. With the guidance of a compassionate and knowledgeable teacher, Blair began to embrace yoga as a holistic practice, one that nurtures the body, mind, and spirit. For the first time, she experienced how yoga could transform life both on and off the mat.
Over time, her practice evolved into something deeply personal. Yoga became her sanctuary—a source of peace, mindfulness, stress relief, and strength. After becoming a mother in 2019, her connection to yoga grew even stronger. Parenthood brought her into an intentional practice, teaching her the importance of patience, presence, and self-compassion. Blair began to see parallels between the two journeys: just as yoga invites us to stay grounded and centered, so does the beautiful, challenging art of parenting.
In 2023, Blair and her family moved to Madison, Wisconsin, where she pursued her 200-hour yoga teacher training with Amy Pearce-Hayden. With over 15 years of experience as an educator in Texas, Blair now channels her passion for teaching into creating meaningful yoga experiences for her students.
Blair’s classes are a blend of discovery, connection, and growth. Students might explore a new pranayama technique, dive deeper into a challenging posture, or reflect on a thoughtful Dharma talk. Above all, Blair strives to help students walk away with a sense of empowerment and a stronger connection to themselves.
One of Blair’s greatest joys in teaching is the shared sense of community that blossoms during a class. For those 60 minutes, students come together in a flow of energy, trust, and tranquility. She believes yoga is a deeply personal journey, and her goal is to meet students wherever they are—whether they’re seeking physical strength, flexibility, mental clarity, or balance through breathwork.
