Arthrogryposis is something we live with.
It is not who we are.
People with AMC are artists, parents, athletes, travelers, engineers, advocates… and a long list of eceteras.

A diagnosis is part of a life.
Never the whole story.

Kyler’s diagnosis came as a complete shock- we were scared and felt so alone even when surrounded by such a giving and loving community-

Support groups like AMCSI were critical for me to learn and process what life could look like.
But in the end - our life is not the same as someone else. It does look very different-but it would look different regardless-

I have had people come up to me and say “man idk how yall do it” we just do because Kyler is Kyler- he is our third son- a stubborn bull headed almost three year old who happens to have AMC-
It will be just part of his story never the whole story- and those closet to use see and understand that and love him for him!!

People have been asking, and now we can finally share it:

Our 2026 AMC Awareness shirts are live on the shop.

Today marks the beginning of AMC Awareness Month, so it felt like the right day to launch this year’s design.

Just like last year’s “Unstoppable” shirt, this one is inspired by Harrison. And if you’ve been following along, you know “Every Step Earned” has pretty much been the mantra of the past year.

The design features that phrase, along with Greeney, our resident T-Rex, in his new friendlier style, carrying the flag again. But one of my favorite little details is that Greeney is now using an EaZyHold to help hold onto the flag pole, an assistive tool Harrison uses both at home and at school.

Last year, we were able to donate over $400 toward the inclusive playground at Mt. Vernon Elementary, and we’re running it back again this year.

Just like before, everything is priced as affordably as we can make it, and the proceeds from this AMC Awareness line will be donated back to the school.

This isn’t just about shirts. It’s about helping build the kind of playground, school, and community where Harrison and so many others can be included from the start.

And together, we can make a difference.

Multiple contractures and severe scoliosis at birth! With looooootttttssss of therapy and casting/ stretching he has come so far!

Holy moly life!! Life has been absolutely crazy with all of the end of the year stuff. The big boys are finishing up school and Kyler is being Kyler! Strong willed, persuasive, determined Kyler!! He is becoming a much better driver….but loves to crash for fun!!! Getting ready for our next trip to Shriners next week!!

Happy Mardi Gras from our Krewe!!

Now that the dust has settled from the last trip and our fundraiser we wanted to formally thank everyone for the continued outpouring of love and support! Because of YOU we raised enough money to purchase Kyler’s mobility device and help with expenses with what comes along with his care in South Carolina.

We officially have Kyler’s mobility device ordered and it should be in within the next couple of weeks!

Thank you again for all of the love and support! We’ll be sure to post some pictures/videos when we get the device in!
