With the move, my new hours are:

The solar plexus region (just beneath the ribs) is a key center for breath, posture, and core support.

Gentle work here can help release the diaphragm, soften tension in the upper abdomen, and support easier, fuller breathing. Many people don’t realize how much stress is held in this space until it begins to soften.
