Sometimes your healer needs a minute to heal too. 💕✨

Last week I hit pause.

I made the decision to step away from taking massage clients because one thing about me… if my energy is off, I’m not putting my hands on anybody. Y’all deserve the absolute best version of me every single time you get on my table, and I refuse to give anything less than that.

I want to say thank you to the ones who knew I was taking a break and truly respected my boundaries. Thank you for not blowing my phone up, repeatedly asking for appointments after I had already told you I was taking a break. That kind of love, patience, and respect didn’t go unnoticed, and I appreciate you more than you know. 🫶🏾

But… I’M BACK!!!😊

My cup is full again, my energy feels right, these hands are ready to work, and I’m excited to get back to helping y’all relax, reset, and feel like yourselves again.
