Manchester Direct Family Practice Dr. LoPresti was born & raised on Long Island, NY. He completed medical school at University of Vermont and fell hopelessly in love with Vermont.

He had a private practice right here in Manchester VT from 1991 to 2001, and he is thrilled to be back home!

We welcome patients from around Vermont, New York, Massachusetts, and the wider region, so if you can make the drive to Manchester, you can call us your family practice. If your eyes are itchy and your nose will not quit, ragweed may be to blame. 🌾It tends to peak here in late summer and early fall.

A few things that help: keep windows closed on high-pollen days, rinse your face and change clothes after time outdoors, and start your allergy routine before symptoms pile up rather than after. If the usual remedies are not cutting it this year, that is worth a conversation. You do not have to just tough it out.
