Sade Pramberger is up next! She was our second ZD teacher to join the team and she showed up at the perfect time when we were looking to add to our team.
If you’ve been to a class with Sade, you know she’s cool with a capital “C,” and, she has a voice that’ll make you drift right into Savasana!

1) Favorite food?
Breakfast is my absolute favorite meal of the day, so truly any and every breakfast food - pancakes, avocado toast, tofu scramble, oatmeal, a smoothie
2) Something about you that might surprise people?
For people who don’t know me, I’m a HUGE reader. And the series that got me into reading is the Twilight Saga. The movies are my favorite to watch each year around my birthday!
3) Are you a morning or night person?
I am 100% a morning person, my bedtime is forever 9pm
4) What’s a food you won’t eat?
Anything with olives
5) Do you have any siblings?
I’m the oldest of three girls and they are my forever best friends
6) Favorite yoga pose:
Dolphin or pigeon
7) Favorite yoga style to take: power
8) Favorite yoga style to teach: restore
9) Least favorite pose: Any arm balance - my goal is to be able to do crow at some point in my life haha
10) One word for what yoga means to me:
Bliss
11). What makes you the happiest?
Slow mornings make me the happiest. Being able to ease into the day with a cup of coffee just feels so incredible
12)Advice for your younger self?
Trust your gut!
