I’m a holistic psychosomatic therapist, and one thing I’ve learned from working with people is this:
Not everyone truly wants to heal - even if they say they do.
Many times, symptoms or illness are held by the subconscious because they provide a secondary gain. In other words, the condition is giving the person something.
For example:
• protection from new relationships because deep down they don’t feel safe
• avoiding a bigger career or more money because success feels dangerous
• receiving care, attention, or permission to slow down
• staying in a familiar identity, even if it’s painful
The mind and body are incredibly intelligent. Sometimes symptoms are not just “the problem” - they are also a strategy for survival.
That’s why random advice, motivation, supplements, or surface-level solutions often don’t truly help. This type of work usually requires a personal session with a specialist, where we look at:where it started, why it is still happening, and what patterns are still keeping the person stuck.
There is so much stored inside of us: body memory, nervous system overload, unconscious patterns, neural pathways, personality habits, emotional imprints, and survival responses.
All of these parts can create internal “blockages” and keep a person away from healing, change, and the life they say they want.
True healing begins when a person is ready to see what they are still unconsciously holding onto.
Personal sessions are designed to help bring the system back into balance and guide the client toward the state and life they truly want to experience.
