Do you struggle with implementing dietary habits and making smart decisions around food?

Well I’m here to tell you, it’s not your fault. Most of the time, it’s NOT a lack of knowledge or willpower that is the problem. And the good news is, Hypnotherapy can help!!!

When it comes to choices around nutrition, they’re primarily unconsciously driven programs. There’s a lot of components that go into how we’ve been wired to eat the way we have- feel good hormones, advertising, fast food, childhood behaviors, emotional pain etc.

Our bodies intuitively understand the foods that are nourishing to us. What makes us feel good, and what makes us feel sluggish or “off”

Willpower to eat better runs out quickly, but deeply wired neural pathways drive our behaviors and they can be UPDATED.

The amazing thing is, neuro plasticity allows us to CHANGE our mindset by addressing the real barriers in the way of your diet.

As we enter 2026, I invite you to ask yourself: How do I want my life to be moving forward? 🔍

Many resolutions fail because they layer on a new desired habit, without addressing the root of the original habits we’re trying to avoid. And after every last ounce of willpower fades, we’re left with feelings of failure and burnout. If you’re aiming to make real, lasting changes, a “quick fix” won’t solve it.

This year, let’s commit to investigating the full picture—your lifestyle, relationship to self, diet, exercise, stress levels, environment, and your daily behaviors that all play roles in your overall wellbeing.

Thrilled to announce- I am now certified in Neo-Ericksonian hypnosis ✅🌀😃

So grateful to have received another valuable certification, this time through MMHA. This has allowed me a TON of effective tools to add to my tool kit for my clients!

Mike Mandel was my main instructor and one of the world’s greatest hypnotists, who has had incredible success in stage hypnosis, and also working one on one providing hypnotherapy.

I now have the skill set to confidently provide rapid and instant inductions, regressions, pain management, addiction support, allergy relief, performance enhancement, insomnia relief, weight management, and much more all through an intuitive blend of the most effective hypnosis styles.

And not only that, but I learned the ins and outs of stage hypnosis if I ever find myself with the desire to perform….not today, but a great skill to have!
